Meet the owner

David Hodgins has been meeting the real estate needs of people just like you since 1975. He started out working for a company selling real estate the traditional way – charging the 5 & 6% commissions. He has also worked for some larger companies pounding their traditional programs at traditional rates. It was not until 1991 when he formed his own company David T. Hodgins Real Estate that he felt comfortable enough to sell real estate in ways tailored to the customer. He started out with the approach that it is not the “Company” that makes the sale but the sales representative working WITH the “home owner” that results in a satisfactory sale.

He does not believe in huge blow up campaigns or palace type offices; just simple hard work “with” the customers to achieve results. He realized that there was a need for an alternative to the traditional methods of selling real estate. He has created a new real estate business model which combines the knowledge, experience and expertise of Licensed real estate professionals and the internet to provide a low cost professional approach to real estate selling that gives home owners and buyers a more affordable way to sell and buy real estate. This format is driven by the power of home selling on the internet while providing the knowledge and expertise of licensed real estate professionals.
