All marketing fees are just that. A flat fee to market an owners property on our website as negotiated between David T. Hodgins Real Estate Brokerage and the property owner. These up front in advance and non refundable marketing fees do not form any part of any "Listing" agreement but allow consumers to have their property displayed on our website for up to one year.

Hodgins Real Estate Brokerage is a licensed real estate brokerage and as such can and may offer to "list" any property not now currently under contract for sale or lease on a commission basis. This contract would be on a standard listing contract aside and apart from our marketing contract and in compliance with the Real Estate and Business Brokers act REBBA2002.
